Isakson-Barnhart was created in 1987 by Andy Isakson and David Barnhart. To date, we have developed more than four million square feet of office and retail space in Atlanta and select cities throughout the Southeast. As well, we've become a leader in the senior residential market. Isakson-Barnhart currently manages over one million square feet of mixed-use property.

Naturally, we provide the market studies, property positioning, leasing parameters and operating budget every project requires.
