Isakson-Barnhart is made up of three distinct, yet integrated component operations:

Development. We specialize in the development of retail centers in Atlanta and select Southeastern U.S. cities. As a comprehensive developer, our menu of services ranges from site investigation at the beginning of the process, to tenant coordination on the other end.

Construction. Our firm oversees all phases of design and construction for all new Isakson-Barnhart projects. This level of involvement in the construction phase assures quality and consistency, while reducing risk.

Property Management. Our reputation for property management is well-deserved. We partner with project owners to anticipate and manage long- and short-term needs.

Senior Housing. The company's newest area of activity is the development of Continuing Care Retirement Centers that meet the needs of discerning adults over age 62 for amenity-rich, independent living.
