This busy, 85,000-square-foot center is strategically located at the intersection of I-285 and Lavista Rd, one of East metro Atlanta's major connectors. This upscale community shopping center offers approximately 390,000 square feet of retail space in the heart of Knoxville, Tennessee's commercial district. The Centre at Deane Hill is situated directly across from West Town Mall, a 1.4 million-square-foot mall with sales volume in the top 5-10% of malls nationwide. Deane Hill was designed to complement, rather than compete with the larger center.
