Northlake Square

This busy, 85,000-square-foot center is strategically located at the intersection of I-285 and Lavista Rd, one of East metro Atlanta's major connectors. The young, urban professional demographic is well-served by this center, which is in the midst of approximately 15 million square feet of office space. Northlake Square is anchored by Best Buy. Additional tenants include a variety of restaurants, services and retailers of soft goods and home accessories. Northlake Square is proximate to North Lake Mall, a regional center firmly anchored by Rich's/Macy's, JC Penny and Sears.

East-West Commons

East-West Commons is located on the East-West Connector in Cobb County one of the Atlanta metro's highest-growth residential areas with top schools, low taxes and excellent recreation and shopping. Approximately 15 miles from downtown and from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, East-West Commons, at 425,000 square feet, is among the largest open air centers in the county. Its tenant roster includes a variety of large national retailers, including Target, Lowe's, TJ Maxx, Goody's and Old Navy. Among smaller retailers at the center are Chili's, Dress Barn and Famous Footwear. East-West Commons is adjacent to Isakson-Barnhart's IB Cobb Connector.

IB Cobb Connector

Developed in response to strong tenant demand, IB Cobb Connector is sited at the intersection of the East-West Connector and Austell Rd. in Cobb County, Georgia. It offers more than 150,000 square feet of retail space. High-visibility tenants include Kohl's, Ross and Walgreen's. Also on site are Rack Room, Catherines, IHOP, Sonny's Barbecue and Ted's Montana Grill, among others. IB Cobb Connector is located adjacent to Isakson-Barnhart's East-West Commons.

Centre at Deane Hill

This upscale community shopping center offers approximately 390,000 square feet of retail space in the heart of Knoxville, Tennessee's commercial district. The Centre at Deane Hill is situated directly across from West Town Mall, a 1.4 million-square-foot mall with sales volume in the top 5-10% of malls nationwide. Deane Hill was designed to complement, rather than compete with the larger center. Among leading tenants are: Borders, Jared's Jewelers, Kohl's, PETsMART, Old Navy and Bi-Low Groceries, in addition to a variety of restaurants, services and soft goods retailers.

Hanes Commons

Hanes Commons is the largest peripheral shopping center in the primary commercial district of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It serves a trade area of more than 500,000 people. The center complements a 1.8 million-square-foot regional mall; both are easily accessible from Interstate 40. Among Hanes Commons tenants are: Costco, Babies R Us, TJ Maxx Homegoods, Jason's Deli, Longhorn Steak and Maggie Moo's. The 300,000-square-foot complex is also adjacent to well-known mall retailers including Target, Kohl's, Home Depot and Loew's.
